As a Technical Project Manager, your role involves overseeing the implementation of new systems for our clients from the offer phase to final approval. Additionally, you will support customers already using our system and act as their technical advisor.
You will be an active part of the MENTZ team, assisting our clients in deploying our products. Through your work, you will contribute to high-quality passenger information across Germany, actively shaping the future of mobility.
Your tasks are diverse, never boring, and reflect the evolution of mobility today, tomorrow, and beyond.
What does your daily routine look like?
- You work as a project manager or as part of project teams on internal development and customer projects
- You create technical system and software solutions during offer phases and project executions
- You foster close and collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients
- You conduct technical consultations and implement integrations with various systems
- You support our clients in the transportation industry with the use of our products, including providing advice, analyzing issues, and resolving support requests
- You conduct workshops and compile results into concepts and presentations
- You identify opportunities and collaborate with the development team to continuously enhance our products
What should you bring to the role?
- A technical or academic education, ideally with a background in social sciences, geography, or business
- Enthusiasm for exciting and innovative topics in the field of mobility, with no interest in boring routines
- Confident use of common software tools
- A strong IT affinity and eagerness to explore new technologies and tools
- A team-oriented approach, with a drive to achieve goals while working independently and reliably
