Focus Money Named Gullivr-based MVV App Best in Class
We are generally delighted with the success of our mobility apps. But we are particularly pleased that our ‘Gullivr’ technology, which we developed for the Munich Transport and Tariff Association (MVV) app, was named best in class by Focus Money in the category of public transport. The app we developed for the Rhine-Ruhr Transport Authority (VRR) took second place in the same category, and was also awarded the status of top app by Focus Money.
A study of the “most customer-friendly apps” was conducted by ServiceValue on behalf of Focus Money, where over 600 apps from 52 industries were put to the test. The MVV app, which is based on our innovative Gullivr platform, took the top spot. Our VRR app also impressed, having achieved high scores for user satisfaction.
The awards for “best app” (MVV app) and “top app” (VRR app) highlight the power and user-friendliness of our mobility solutions. We are pleased that our technology is able to shape state-of-the-art and customer-oriented public transport in these important regions.
